Here's British TV host Caroline Flack topless in an accidental share on social media.

She's hosted a number of television shows in the UK including The X Factor. Caroline put the X in X Factor this week after she inadvertently shared the topless selfie. Realizing she had just bared her breasts, she quickly deleted the photo but obviously not quick enough. She then shared the image again, though this time cropped it so that her nipple or chest wasn't in the photo.
