Miley Cyrus is officially comfortable in her own skin. The 2015 MTV VMAs host posed completely nude backstage at the awards show in a new photo published by V magazine. In the NSFW photo taken in August, the 22-year-old grins from ear to ear while casually sitting in a director’s chair.
